  • Absolutely. Non-toxic doesn’t mean ineffective. Branch Basics combined with high-temperature steam allows us to clean and sanitize thoroughly without leaving behind harmful residues.

  • Yes. Our standard approach is fragrance-free. If you are especially sensitive, please note this during booking so extra care can be taken.

  • Steam cleaning uses high heat to sanitize surfaces without chemicals. It’s especially effective for kitchens, bathrooms, and high-touch areas, and supports better indoor air quality.

  • Yes. Saging for energy cleansing is available as an optional add-on or standalone service. It is also included in our Move-In / Move-Out Wellness Clean. All energetic services are offered respectfully and are never required.

  • No, as long as access is provided. Many clients choose to be away during their appointment and return to a refreshed home.

  • Pricing varies based on home size, condition, and services requested. After you submit a booking request, you’ll receive a personalized quote before your appointment is confirmed.

  • Yes. I am the sole owner and operator, which means every clean is personally completed by me. This ensures consistency, care, and attention to detail.

  • I proudly serve Ventura County and Santa Barbara County, including Ventura, Ojai, Santa Barbara, Carpinteria, and Montecito.

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
